This lockout device enables a supervisory padlock (6 holes) or two supervisory padlocks (12 holes) to remain safely locked in place, ensuring that the machine remains isolated.

Foolproof acces to the hasp entry and an tamperproof locking facility add another degree of safety.

Made from marine grade stainless steel (316)

The lockout device has a 5.7 mm shackle that will fit most electrical & switch gear cabinets and distribution boards.
